Returns & Refund Policy

Return and refund conditions

1. The company will issue a refund if the ordered goods are not received within 4 months.
2. The company will bear losses relating to the ordered goods.
3. Returns are only accepted for defective goods, within 7 days after the goods are received.
4. After KayuHome receives the returned goods, we will inspect their condition before processing the refund.
5. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. The refund covers the product price only. Delivery charges and other charges are excluded.

A refund will not be processed if

• The buyer changes their mind during the order period.
• The goods are received in good condition without defects.
